1. 30-Day Return Window
You may return any unworn, unused bag in its original packaging (including the dust bag and tags) within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
2. How to Start a Return
- Email 564498763@qq.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We reply within 24 hours with return instructions and the return address.
- Ship the bag with a tracked service and send us the tracking number.
3. Refunds
Once the returned bag arrives and passes inspection, we refund the item price to your original payment method within 5 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.
4. Exchanges
Want a different colour or style? Email us – if the piece you want is in stock we will arrange an exchange at no extra handling cost.
5. Defective or Incorrect Items
If your bag arrives damaged or is not the item you ordered, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery. We will send a replacement or a full refund, including all shipping costs.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Bags that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery cannot be returned. Final-sale items marked on the product page are excluded from returns.
7. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item is defective or incorrect, return shipping from your location is paid by the customer. We recommend a tracked, insured service.
