All EPPBAGS orders ship tracked from our workshop in Guangzhou, China.
1. Processing Time
Orders are prepared and handed to the courier within 1-3 business days of payment confirmation.
2. Delivery Time
- United States / Canada: 8-15 business days
- United Kingdom / EU: 8-15 business days
- Australia / New Zealand: 8-14 business days
- Asia / Middle East: 5-10 business days
- Rest of world: 10-20 business days
A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as the parcel is scanned by the courier.
3. Shipping Cost
Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on destination. Free-shipping thresholds, when offered, are shown on the product and checkout pages.
4. Duties and Taxes
Import duties, taxes or customs fees, where they apply, are the responsibility of the recipient and are set by your country’s customs authority. We declare parcels accurately and at full value.
5. Address and Delivery Issues
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we re-ship after the customer covers the additional postage. If a tracked parcel shows no movement for 30 days, contact us and we will investigate or re-ship.
6. Packaging
Every bag ships in a protective box with its cotton dust bag and care card.
